Acronymns:
TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure
LBM = Lean Body Mass
TBW = Total Body
Weight
BF = Body Fat Percentage
Formulas Used:
TDEE = (370 + 9.8 * LBM) * Activity Level
By default, you are calculated 1g of protein per lb of LBM and .4g of fat per lb of TBW if you
are below 20% BF, or .4g of fat per lb of LBM if you are above 20% BF. Carbs are then used to fill the rest
of your TDEE.
Cut and Bulk are calculated by adding or subtracting 20% from your TDEE.
3-Site Skinfold Equation Male
Body Density = 1.10938 - (0.0008267 x sum of chest, abdomen and thigh skinfolds in mm ) + (0.0000016 x
square of the sum of chest, abdomen and thigh) - (0.0002574 x age)
3-Site Skinfold Equation Female
Body Density = 1.0994921 - (0.0009929 x sum of triceps, thigh and suprailiac skinfolds) + (0.0000023 x
square of the sum of triceps, thigh and suprailiac skinfolds) - (0.0001392 x age)
(reference: Jackson, A.S. & Pollock, M.L. (1978), based on a sample aged 18-61)
FFMI formula
Total Body Fat = Weight * (body fat [%] / 100)
Lean Weight = Weight * (1 - (body fat [%] / 100)
FFMI = (Lean Weight / 2.2) / ((Feet * 12.0 + Inches) * 0.0254)2
Adjusted FFMI = FFMI + ( 6.3 * (1.8 - (Feet * 12.0 + Inches) * 0.0254))
